Spike Lee at Rutgers
Was a total disappointment…
Doubts and mais duvidas...
I always thought I was the kind of person that didn’t care about what other people thought of the decisions I made in my life. If that is so then why do I find my myself feeling so scared and hesitant to be everything I am behind closed doors?
Frustration
I’m so frustrated right now because all I want is peace and quiet. I had it for maybe ten short minutes when I got home and then my roommate comes home with her friend and all I hear is stomping and slamming of doors and pots and pans and talking and laughing and more slamming and stomping. I don’t think they understand the meaning of peace. My head hurts from all the noise.
I’m having a hard time getting out if bed today. No class but so much to do. I need to get in the weight room and get stronger then I need to get on the track and get faster. Later I need o get to library to get smarter and then hop in the shower to get cleaner.
Sounds like a good day to me.

Working out with your natural
Working out and having a natural can be a pain in the butt. You have to wash it more often to get the dirt and salt out of your scalp but you also understand that it’s the middle of the winter and you don’t want to walk outside when it’s 20 degrees with wet hair. Here is what I suggest:

Try substituting all your juices for water and you’ll notice a significant change in 2 weeks. Cut soda out completely (it gives you gas anyway so what’s the point).

Orange juice

1 cup of coffee
